Here it is! So many people have been messaging us in anticipation and we now feel confident to offer two custom, expert Winter Rockies trip, starting Thursday, January 20, 2022 and February 3, in Edmonton, AB.

Highlights of this tour will include:

Edmonton – the most northerly major city in North America – and one of the coldest large cities in the world. With two nights in the City of Champions, we will include a full city tour and a lunch to break the proverbial ice and get to know each other

Jasper – the northern and largest of the Rocky Mountain Parks. The trip from Edmonton is part of the fun. Of course we will include all the highlights of the park and the famous train town.

Lake Louise and two nights at the famous Chateau Lake Louise

The Icefields Parkway – highway 93 is a winter wonderland and an amazing journey (weather permitting)

Banff – Two nights / three days in this famous community and the birthplace of Canada’s parks. There is so much to do in and around Banff.

We will include a tour of the Bow Valley with an excursion into British Columbia (weather permitting) and a gondola ride at the ski resort. We will also include a tour of Banff’s highlights

Enjoy a free day in Banff with many ideas and activities

A full-day tour from Banff, via Olympic Canmore to Calgary with a final overnight in central Calgary

Included: daily breakfasts, all tours and activities listed, 9 nights in high-standard hotels including the Chateau Lake Louise (with Lake View), more fun than you can imagine!

Not included: flights to Edmonton (YEG) and out of Calgary (YYC) – we can help with this. Airport transfers, unless arriving as a group. Insurance.

Final pricing will be confirmed as soon as we have an ok to travel, but we are aiming to keep the price to $2500 USD / £1800 / €2100 per-person based on two people (a single suppliment will apply) – we are extremely confident about travel in January 2022.

*A note to single travellers: on all of our custom tours, we have a fairly even mix of single travellers, friends together and a few couples. Over the years this has proven more fun and integrated than ‘pure solos’ or only couples. It also helps to keep the costs down. If you are concerned of being the ‘only single’ we will happily put you in contact with other solos on the trip. Oh, and throughout Covid, we have had fun zoom meetings with groups who have become lifelong friends on these 2me tours!

*Closer to the date, we will send out all sorts of information regarding clothing, climate, what to bring, etc. We have been leading winter tours in the Rockies for over 20 years!
